Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Financial Analyst who can blend financial expertise with logistics industry knowledge. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation frameworks, freight forwarding operations, and global supply chain accounting standards. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to shape and improve our Finance Module. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document finance-related business requirements for the Finance Module. Map accounting, taxation, and compliance rules into product workflows. Apply global supply chain accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) to ensure compliance. Ensure alignment with Incoterms and international trade finance practices. Collaborate with engineering to integrate Finance Module with ERP/TMS systems. Enhance billing, invoicing, cost allocation, and reporting functionalities. Track finance KPIs and recommend automation opportunities for efficiency. Engage with customers to ensure the product meets diverse freight forwarding finance needs. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks. Experience in the freight forwarding / logistics domain. Familiarity with ERP or TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Understanding of Incoterms and trade documentation. Ability to translate complex financial rules into intuitive product features. Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
