About the role
Experience : 8-10 yrs Key Responsibilities: Perform technical assessment of existing Oracle EBS environment Execute ERP upgrade and migration activities Handle data migration (active and historical) Align customizations and integrations with new environment Support functional, technical, UAT testing and go-live Prepare technical documentation and conduct KT sessions Analyze and map existing business processes Support Financials, SCM, HRMS modules Validate data migration and functional configurations Conduct UAT and user training Support go-live and post-production stabilization Required Skills: Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12.x PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflow Data migration tools and methodologies Oracle WebLogic, Concurrent Manager, OAF Performance tuning and troubleshooting Strong domain expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Finance/SCM/HRMS) Functional documentation (BRD, FSD, SOPs) Testing & user support Experience: 6–10 years in Oracle EBS technical projects & Functional projects
