Position Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll & OTL Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience: 810 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities - Lead and support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. - Analyze business requirements and provide effective functional solutions. - Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll and time management requirements. - Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support. - Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. - Required Skills Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and OTL Hands-on experience in Fast Formulas (Mandatory & Key Requirement) Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM concepts and processes Experience in end-to-end implementation projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred ExperienceImplementation experience for clients in Qatar, UAE (Dubai), and KSA Understanding of Middle East payroll processes and compliance requirementsWhy Join Us - Chance to work on large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations - Exposure to Middle East payroll projects - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Compensation: 1,500,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
