As a SOX Dev UAR & EAR Technical Program Manager at our company based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in ensuring User Access Governance & Compliance, Technical Program Management, Data Management & Reporting, Access Review Operations, and Stakeholder Management. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing and managing User Access Reviews (UAR) and Enterprise Access Reviews (EAR) across various applications, platforms, and environments. - Validating user access permissions to ensure compliance with SOX and organizational security policies. - Identifying excessive, unauthorized, or outdated access and coordinating timely remediation activities. - Working closely with application owners, managers, and compliance teams to review and certify access permissions. - Supporting periodic audit and compliance activities related to access governance and production access controls. - Ensuring proper deprovisioning of users who no longer require system or production access. In terms of Technical Program Management, you will: - Coordinate with UAR and EAR Team Managers to track deliverables, priorities, and execution timelines. - Drive project execution through sprint planning, standups, status tracking, and progress reporting. - Collaborate with SOX Tooling Engineering teams to support technical implementation and operational improvements. - Participate in technical discussions involving access review tooling, automation workflows, and governance platforms. - Monitor dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalations impacting program delivery. Your role will also involve Data Management & Reporting tasks such as: - Managing collection, ingestion, validation, and reconciliation of access and usage data from multiple systems. - Analyzing large datasets using Excel and reporting tools to identify anomalies, inactive accounts, or access risks. - Preparing dashboards, metrics, compliance reports, and executive summaries for leadership review. - Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across all compliance reporting activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for Access Review Operations including: - Conducting enhanced access reviews for developer production access and privileged account management. - Validating role-based access control (RBAC) models and identifying segregation-of-duty conflicts where applicable. - Partnering with security, infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to maintain access governance standards. - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and standardization of access review processes. Stakeholder Management is a key aspect of this role, where you will: - Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Compliance, Audit, Security, Cloud Operations, and Leadership teams. - Communicate status updates, issues, and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership. - Facilitate meetings, review sessions, and governance discussions with cross-functional teams. - Build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams. In terms of the required skills and qualifications, you should possess: Technical & Functional Skills: - Strong understanding of User Access Management (UAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and access governance processes. - Experience handling User Access Reviews (UAR), Enterprise Access Reviews (EAR), or SOX compliance activities. - Knowledge of provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for enterprise applications and production systems. - Familiarity with RBAC models, privileged access management, and compliance controls. - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering workflows and technical system designs. Program & Coordination Skills: - Proven experience in Technical Program Management, Compliance Operations, or Governance roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. - Experience managing deliverables, tracking action items, and driving execution across multiple teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments. Data & Reporting Skills: - Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. - Experience working with large datasets and operational reporting. - Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance gaps through data analysis. Preferred Technical Exposure: Experience or knowledge in any of the following technologies/tools is an added advantage: - Azure DevOps - Microsoft Azure - SQL - Cosmos DB - Databricks - Power BI - ServiceNow - IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Azure AD Preferred Candidate Background: Candidates with experience in the following domains are highly preferred: - SOX Compliance Operations - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - IT Audit & Compliance - Access Governance - Technical Program Management - Cybersecurity Governance - Cloud Governan
