AI/ML Engineer

You are the ideal candidate for the position of AI / ML - Python and Gen AI Developer with 4 -10+ years of experience. You will be engaged in a long-term contract with our client Group Tobias to build scalable, production-grade GenAI and LLM-based applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Python-based applications and REST APIs using FastAPI/Django/Flask. - Design and implement LLM-powered solutions, including RAG architectures using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.). - Build conversational AI systems with strong prompt engineering and function calling. - Work with third-party LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models. - Use frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace for GenAI workflows. - Deploy, scale, and monitor LLM/ML models in production environments. - Handle large structured and unstructured datasets. - Collaborate in Agile teams and support overlap with US Eastern Time when required. Qualifications Required: - Python Development (5+ years). - REST API Development (5+ years). - FastAPI / Django / Flask (5+ years). - Generative AI / LLMs (2+ years). - Prompt Engineering (2+ years). Good to Have: - RAG experience (1+ year). - Open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral). - Experience in regulated domains (Banking, Healthcare).
