The role

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Intune to support and deliver enterprise cloud solutions. You will work on customer-facing projects, ensuring seamless implementation, support, and optimization of modern workplace technologies. Key Responsibilities Deliver Microsoft 365 & Intune implementation and support projects Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, device compliance) Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Support cloud migrations and endpoint management initiatives Troubleshoot user, device, and service-related issues Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 support teamsa Ensure SLA adherence and high customer sati sfaction Maintain project documentation and client communication Continuously upskill through Microsoft certifications

What we need to see from you

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies Strong expertise in: Microsoft Intune (policy management, device enrollment, security) Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) Endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker, security baselines)

• Experience with Windows Server environments Knowledge of mail flow, licensing, and identity management Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer engagement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / BCA / equivalent); MBA is a plus
