About the role
Job Description: Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to identify design requirements and constraints - Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to other designers to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals - Create design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences across all products and platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into your work as appropriate Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in UX Design or a related field - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field - Solid portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills - Excellent knowledge of design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment - Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and preferences - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus BetterWorseSameWas this response better or worse Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental Compensation: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) .
