CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Engineer specializing in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to join our dynamic team. The candidate to have a strong background in engineering simulation analysis on strong focus on UAV system. The candidate to play a crucial role in preparing reports for simulations performed for development, testing and optimization of UAV components and system so that they meet the rigorous performance, safety, and reliability standards. 1. Simulation and Analysis :- Conduct Structural finite element analysis (FEA), to predict and improve the performance of UAV components and systems using FE software 2. Analyse load bearing elements for strength and suggest modifications based on analysis carried out. 3. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize the UAV structures and systems for strength , weight , efficiency and manufacturability. 4. Generate reports and technical documentation, including design modifications and recommendations to communicate design concepts and findings effectively 5. Support prototype assembly, testing, and validation activities, and iterate designs based on test results and feedback 6. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to transition designs into production, ensuring quality and manufacturability 7. Conduct and participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise and recommendations to improve design integrity and performance. 8. Maintain comprehensive records of simulation models, results, and revisions.
