Supplier Technical Engineer

As a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist at Caterpillar Inc., you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of received components and driving process improvement to reduce product defects. Key Responsibilities: - Review supplier-provided data against drawing requirements to ensure the quality of received components. - Generate reports on supplier quality by monitoring defect rates and identifying areas for improvement. - Conduct supplier quality control audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality certifications. - Support suppliers in enhancing their performance through process enhancements and the development of quality assurance plans. Qualification Required: - Degree or equivalent experience desired.
