Oracle Fusion Support Specialist

SolarEdge is seeking a Junior Oracle Fusion Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and be eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for Oracle Fusion applications. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with team members to implement system updates. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality. Document and report on support activities and resolutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
