About the role
About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Design rooftop solar PV systems for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I) projects. 2. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including module layouts, SLDs, cable routing, and mounting structure layouts. 3. Develop 3D models and shadow analysis using SketchUp. 4. Perform energy generation simulations using PVsyst. 5. Carry out string sizing, inverter selection, cable sizing, and protection device selection. 6. Prepare BOQs, engineering documentation, and technical proposals. 7. Coordinate with the sales and execution teams for design optimization. 8. Ensure designs comply with Indian standards, DISCOM guidelines, and MNRE regulations. 9. Review site survey data and optimize system layouts for maximum generation.
