About the role
1 Technical Analysis and Optimization: Analyse hydrogen production processes, equipment performance, and efficiency Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement Conduct simulations and modelling to assess different operational scenarios and their impact on production 2 Data Management and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to production metrics, quality control, and regulatory compliance Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary 3 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices Assist in preparing documentation and reports required for regulatory inspections and audits 4 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions Provide technical support and training to operational staff as needed QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience (3+ years) in a technical role within the hydrogen production or related industry SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong understanding of hydrogen production processes, electrolysis, reforming, purification, compression, and storage technologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
