Job Description TSS Executive (FIBC) Job Title: TSS Executive (Technical Specification sheet Preparation) Department: Technical Specification sheet Reports To: TSS Manager Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled TSS Executive to support the development of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) products. The role involves preparing technical drawings, artwork, and product specifications using AutoCAD and CorelDRAW , while coordinating with Sales, Production, Quality, and Design teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into manufacturing documents. Key Responsibilities Prepare and modify FIBC product drawings using AutoCAD . Develop and edit artwork, labels, printing layouts, and customer-approved designs using CorelDRAW . Prepare product specifications, technical sheets, BOMs, and work instructions. Convert customer requirements into production-ready drawings and layouts. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, and Quality teams for new product development. Review customer drawings and specifications for technical feasibility. Support sample development and product approvals. Maintain drawing revisions and document control as per company procedures. Ensure all drawings and specifications comply with customer requirements and internal quality standards. Provide technical support during new product trials and process improvements. Maintain records of approved drawings, artworks, and technical documents. Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting). Proficiency in CorelDRAW for artwork and label design. Knowledge of FIBC bag construction, dimensions, and components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Preferred Knowledge FIBC manufacturing processes (Weaving, Cutting, Printing, Stitching, Inspection, Packing). Printing layouts and label design. Product development and sample approval process. ISO/QMS documentation practices. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Qualifications Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Textile, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline. Certification or hands-on experience in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW is preferred. Experience 2 - 5 years of experience in the FIBC, PP Woven, Packaging, or Textile Manufacturing Industry . Experience in technical drawing, product development, or TSS activities is preferred.
