Senior Project Engineer - Full Stack

Position Overview: The Senior Project Engineer Full Stack is responsible for delivering end-to-end web solutions using Angular or React for the frontend and Python for the backend The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality web applications The position requires hands-on development, adherence to engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery Key Responsibilities : Interact with customers to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to documenting Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for web applications Breakdown the requirement at a module level into a list of development tasks and estimate the necessary effort Own the execution of the Project; Perform code, design reviews & follow the necessary standards Create detailed technical designs with inputs from the technical lead and drive prototype or proof-of-concept development for web solutions as required Ensure web applications are tested at unit, integration, and system levels, identify defects, and fix issues before customer delivery Follow standard build, release, and deployment practices for web applications to ensure smooth and timely delivery Actively participate in customer discussions and internal reviews, provide regular status updates, and respond promptly to customer communications Guide and mentor junior engineers on Angular/React and Python development through reviews, technical support, and constructive feedback Adhere to defined development processes and actively contribute to process improvements and compliance Qualification : 2-5 years of experience in web technology stacks such as Javascript (React/Angular) and Python Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for building responsive and accessible UI Familiarity with source control tools like Git, SVN, or Perforce Good to have : Experience working with databases Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Exposure to Agile methodologies (e g, Scrum) Hands-on experience with hardware integration Exposure to Linux environments Experience delivering large-scale applications with Angular/React on the frontend and Python-based backend services
