You’ll define our product.
We’re hiring someone to define and refine our product portfolio.
Define and refine our product portfolio including SoloSettle, SoloSuit, and Solo AI.
Conduct user interviews including user experience interviews, and problem-focused interviews.
Review user feedback from many channels including our interview repository, survey response data, customer reviews, and support tickets.
Streams tons of user session recordings.
Use data to inform intuition and create product hypotheses.
Turn product hypotheses into fully scoped engineering tickets.
Create Figma designs for product features.
Prioritize engineering tickets based prioritization formulas.
Scale our product to hundreds of millions in revenue and beyond.
Solo is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Salary range $90,000 – $210,000. Bonuses are administered quarterly based on revenue growth. Equity range is 0.001% – 1%.
You have a background in amazing products.
We’re looking for someone with these qualifications.
6+ years of work experience
Experience as a product manager. Preference is for the experience to have been on a consumer product that had $100m+ in revenue or to have grown significantly from $1m+.
Experience at a tech startup that has gone through scale
Some ability to code
Desires to move uncomfortably fast
