The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and architect scalable solutions. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts is a strong plus Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design. Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using MEAN stack and AWS services. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across applications. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development. Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI/ML) and recommend their adoption were beneficial. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in MEAN stack development. Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.). Proven track record in system architecture and design for scalable applications. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures. Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Desired Skills: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and their integration into applications. Experience with data engineering or big data platforms. Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks beyond Angular (e.g., React, Vue). Education: BE/ BTech / BSC / MCA
