Automation Expert

As an Automation Expert at our client, a leading consulting firm, your role will involve delivering Finance EUC automations on IT-governed platforms. You will be responsible for understanding the demand for automation, gathering detailed requirements, and executing build & test, production deployment activities, and RTB change implementation while adhering to defined standards and platform guardrails. Additionally, you will contribute to opportunity scoping by providing technical input on feasibility and effort. Your responsibilities will also include producing code, documentation, and test evidence aligned with agreed closure criteria, as well as supporting controlled deployment and post-release fixes. Collaboration with the POD Lead, Finance Domain BA, and platform support will be essential to ensure that the solutions are reliable and supportable. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Finance EUC automations on IT-governed platforms - Understand demand for automation and gather detailed requirements - Execute build & test, production deployment activities, and RTB change implementation following defined standards and platform guardrails - Contribute to opportunity scoping by providing technical input on feasibility and effort - Produce code, documentation, and test evidence aligned with agreed closure criteria - Support controlled deployment and post-release fixes - Collaborate with POD Lead, Finance Domain BA, and platform support to ensure reliable and supportable solutions Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Python programming with Excel dependency and Pandas library, capable of debugging Python code - Proficiency in data preparation, visualization, and analytics - Ability to design and deliver AI-assisted remediation capabilities - Deep understanding of EUCs (End User Computing) and their remediation through AI - Experience with Gen-AI tools and prompt engineering - Proficiency in IT-managed automation platforms such as Alteryx - Knowledge of Finance data systems Please note that this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the automation of finance operations at a renowned consulting firm.
