S4 RTR Lead

About the Role Experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (RTR) Lead having strong background expertise in implementation, support, and rollout projects across Financial Accounting and integrations. Strong background in FI configuration, system integrations, and end-to-end finance processes, with proven leadership in delivering scalable solutions across global environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) implementations, support, and rollout projects across retail and enterprise environments. Drive project execution, planning, and governance, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and alignment with business objectives. Should be aware of the various project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall Oversee financial processes including period-end closing, revaluation, legal and group valuation, and financial reporting using Embedded Analytics. Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications such as financial consolidation, procurement, expense management, and tax systems basic understanding of OneSource Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications and technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development teams for RICEFW objects, enhancements, and interfaces; support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure quality and compliance of change requests through tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, QTM PLM tools used in service management Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and change requests. Collaborate with global stakeholders and business partners, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Able to mobilize the team, manage and mentor members, and ensure effective coordination and delivery. Required Skills +12 years of experience in RTR (Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules) Proficiency in AR, GL, banking, and financial reporting processes Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles Experience with third-party integrations Strong project management skills with the ability to drive change, transformation, and stakeholder alignment Strong testing, change management, and documentation practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Leadership and team management capabilities Preferred Qualifications Certifications preferred for this position.
