Hiring Now Desktop Support (L1 & L2) | Bangalore & Mumbai | 40 Open Positions Global Positions - Infosys - Morgan Stanley We are actively hiring Desktop Support Professionals (L1 & L2) for multiple openings across Bangalore and Mumbai , India Open Positions LocationISM Technician Incident Technician Bangalore Ecoworld215 Mumbai Altimus03Mumbai Goregaon216 Total Openings: 40 Experience Required 13 Years: Beginner Level 47 Years: Intermediate Level Roles Available ISM Technician Hardware inventory management Desktop/laptop deployment and troubleshooting Asset management and hardware lifecycle support Imaging and re-imaging of systems IP phone and mobile device configuration IT room housekeeping and support Business moves, adds, and changes support Incident Technician Software installation and troubleshooting Operating system and application support Incident management and ticket handling Remote support for end users Escalation management Documentation and knowledge management Collaboration with global support teams Key Skills Required Strong desktop support experience (L1/L2) Excellent communication and customer service skills Windows OS, hardware, and application troubleshooting Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and End User Computing (EUC) Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems Scenario-based troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ITIL foundation knowledge preferred Selection Process Communication skills assessment Technical evaluation Scenario-based troubleshooting assessment Detailed background verification Important: Candidates should have a stable employment history with no unexplained gaps in experience.
