We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML. Knowledge of ITSM processes and principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
