Digital Project Leader

Position Title/ Designation Band Techno Functional No. Of Positions 02 Location of Work Gurgaon As a Techno functional person would be responsible for deliver projects and handle the project team, Coordination with Multiple Project stakeholders, Track Project tracker, Ensure Quality and security parameters. Job Description: Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers. Good communication skill. Create technical estimations Present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed Create and update design and functional documents Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required Implement project applications according to specifications Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance client websites Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high performing e-commerce mobile sites Unit test code to ensure quality Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate Assist project managers and directors with the creation of task-level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solution Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that client expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree. Work Experience: 8 - 10 Years Skills Required: 8-10 years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration Should have 4-5-year experience as Project Manager and sound in Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources for compliance initiatives. Develop detailed project plans (Gantt charts, work breakdown structures) and Allocate tasks, set milestones, and monitor progress using projectmanagement tools Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET /MVC /sql server development Good knowledge of SOLID Principe Hands-on experience in loyalty program. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD) Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development
