Dynamics CRM Architect- Technical Full Time Hybrid Mode- 2 days per week WFO Hyd/ Bengaluru Only 15-30 days notice candidates We are looking for an experienced CRM Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and AI-led solution development. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable CRM architectures, leading technical implementation, guiding development teams, and driving AI-enabled automation using Copilot Studio, agentic development patterns, MCP-based integrations, and AI evaluation frameworks. Required Technical Skills 10+ yrs of experience. · AI and Copilot Studio: Hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio, agentic. · Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse: Strong experience in CRM customization. · Power Platform: Good knowledge of Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate. · Deployments and DevOps: Strong understanding of deployment planning, solution. · Azure Integrations: Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service. · Data and Automation: Good knowledge of ADF pipelines, data movement.
