About the role
Key Responsibilities Perform installation, patching, and maintenance of Matillion ETL software Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines using Matillion and related tools Conduct performance tuning, error handling, and system troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and data integration Ensure data flow reliability, accuracy, and scalability across systems Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of ETL processes Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Matillion ETL and SQL Proficient in back-end development and programming concepts Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in a team-based, collaborative environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
