Key Skills Required Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Experience developing workflows using Power Automate Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agent Flow Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and Custom Connectors Experience with solution deployment, environment management, and ALM Understanding of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills Mandatory Skills Required Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate cloud and Agent flows Microsoft Copilot Studio development and customization Power Pages development AI Builder and Generative AI integration Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration Power Platform Solution Management (ALM) REST APIs and custom connector development Power BI integration and reporting Agile/Scrum development methodologies Required Work Experience 5–6 years of overall IT experience Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform At least 3 years of experience in Copilot Studio/Conversational AI solutions Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects Exposure to client-facing engagements, requirement gathering, and solution design Experience in production support and enhancement activities
