About the role
Role Overview: As a Performance Assurance Engineer at Sonata Software, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance for the software products. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the performance assurance processes and frameworks to guarantee reliable solutions that meet client needs. Collaborating closely with development and product teams, you will identify issues and implement best practices to drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Execute detailed performance testing for complex software products - Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans - Identify, report, and track performance-related defects to resolution - Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance quality practices - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the performance team - Develop and improve automated testing for Continuous Integration, Deployment, and Validation (CI/CD/CV) Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background or related experience in software development or performance testing - Experience in software performance assurance - Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Postman, Playwright, and Selenium - Familiarity with automated performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and K6 - Knowledge of network and proxy-based tools for intercepting network communication (Fiddler, Wireshark) - Experience with database testing using Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2 - Expertise in compliance testing - Familiarity with Agile methodologies Company Overview (Omitting this section as it does not contain additional details about the job role) Role Overview: As a Performance Assurance Engineer at Sonata Software, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance for the software products.
