Gemfire Administrator

Gemfire Administrator: As a Gemfire Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and on-going support of Pivotal Gemfire database Experience with and understanding of various database technologies: RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop and Gemfire. Expert in Gemfire architecture, design, development Experience with Gemfire load balancing policies Experience with Gemfire plugin interfaces Knowledge of virtualization technologies and concepts is a plus In-depth knowledge of network and distributed internet technologies including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and web application architectures is a plus. Expert experience with at least one if not most of the following languages; python, perl, java, or C++. Experience with XML,HTTP/SOAP and HTTP-direct Experience with gfc,JMX, command line utility,VSD Expert in Object query language Expert in querying and indexing

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
