Java Back end Developer

Job Title: Java Backend Developer Experience 6-12 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core Java , Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) , Multithreading , and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) . The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend applications and possess strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement scalable and concurrent applications using multithreading concepts. Apply strong OOP principles and design patterns in application development. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and product teams. Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8/11/17) . Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. Hands-on experience with Multithreading , Concurrency , and the Collections Framework . Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) . Experience with Spring Boot and backend application development. Knowledge of REST APIs , Microservices , and backend architecture. Good understanding of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Git , Maven/Gradle , and software development best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong coding and debugging skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
