Job DescriptionObjectives of this Role: To work with Sopra Steria Blockchain COE team in India, Develop Blockchain applications for internal consumption and/or for customers, taking ownership of the technical quality of said applicationsKey Responsibilities Contribute in requirement analysis and estimationsDevelop business applications using Blockchain platform(s)Engage with customers during development of blockchain based applicationsTake ownership of Blockchain applications being developedSupport team in product design and code elementsSupport other in the team and help maintain code, product, and process qualitySupport in peer reviews, trainings and team developmentCreate best practices/guidelines for Blockchain teams.Create performance metrics for measuring Blockchain performanceQualificationsSkills and Experience 5+ years of experience in Application development3+ years of strong experience in Blockchain frameworks like Hyperledger fabric (must have), Hyperledger Aries/Indy & EthereumProficient in programming languages such as Go, NodeJS and Full stack developmentDeep understanding of blockchain fundamentals or DLT (Distributed Ledger Platform) technology, smart contracts, consensus algorithmsGood understanding of different types of Blockchain such as public, private/permissioned, public permissioned etc.Experience in any cloud space (AWS, Azure preferable) & DevOPS will added advantageAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well in a teamGood communication skills and interpersonal relationship skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPassion for clean design and library/modular grade codingAbility to work in agile methodologies in a distributed team environment.Additional InformationPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, IT or equivalent.At Sopra Steria, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
