About the role
As a Technical Lead - Front End (TL) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our technical growth and delivery. You will collaborate with engineering teams, design teams, and client teams to lead the development of highly responsive and stunning websites, microsites, and web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a team of Front End Engineers with experience range of 2 - 4 years - Reviewing Front End System Design and architecture, code, and test plans of high-quality scalable systems - Managing projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solutioning and designing architecture, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining systems - Interacting and collaborating with our high-quality technical team across India and the US Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years' experience leading a team of front-end engineers - 4-6 years' experience in Front End Development projects - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and valid, semantic markup - Precise attention to details and project requirements - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript - Experience in JS frameworks (Angular/AngularJS, ReactJS, etc), willingness/ ability to learn new frameworks if required - A demonstrated pattern of staying updated about modern front-end technologies and practices, while being judicious about introducing new technology to existing codebases - Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices - Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Additional Details: The ideal TL will be a mid-tenure engineer who is passionate about leading high-tech front-end development teams, has a solid design aesthetic and a desire to create great user experiences. Bonus skills include the ability to learn and grasp problems outside of core competency.
