Manager, Product Management

As a Product Management professional at SOTI, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to the Android Platform within MobiControl. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and priorities, as well as owning the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes, drive product innovation, and align product strategy with organizational goals. Additionally, you will support go-to-market activities, engage with customers, and represent the company at industry events effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Management team - Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Android Platform within MobiControl - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, product planning, development, launch, and optimization - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product outcomes - Translate customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives into product requirements and strategic initiatives - Drive product innovation by analyzing competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies - Prioritize features, enhancements, and product initiatives based on customer impact and business value - Ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals - Support go-to-market activities, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives - Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events - Deliver executive presentations, product demos, and stakeholder communications effectively Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of Product Management experience in an Enterprise Software or SaaS environment - Proven experience managing software products through the full product development lifecycle - Demonstrated success launching and scaling enterprise-grade products - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies - Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers or cross-functional teams - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities - Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams - Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen Preferred Qualifications: - MBA + Computer Science or Engineering degree a plus - Experience with Android Platform technologies and enterprise mobility solutions - Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions is a plus - Experience presenting at industry conferences and trade shows - Willingness to travel as needed; valid passport required If you are looking to bring your ideas to life in a dynamic and innovative environment, consider applying at SOTI today.
