About the Role We are seeking a Java Developer to evaluate AI-generated Java code, backend logic, and architectural decisions. Your work will help develop AI systems that understand enterprise-level Java development, microservices, and backend patterns used in production environments. Responsibilities Review AI-generated Java code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices. Validate logic for APIs, microservices, backend workflows, and OOP principles. Identify bugs, performance issues, and architectural weaknesses. Provide high-quality feedback that improves AI reasoning in Java. Evaluate prompts involving Spring, REST APIs, concurrency, and JVM concepts. Requirements Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented programming. Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, or similar technologies. Understanding of REST, microservices, and backend systems. Knowledge of concurrency, performance tuning, and JVM internals is a plus.
