Product Manager - AI Enabled PDLC Transformation

As a Product Manager at Soulpage, you will play a crucial role in leading the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) transformation for clients transitioning into AI-enabled development. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that product requirements are structured, precise, and actionable to be directly consumed by AI coding agents. Additionally, you will need to train and coach product teams to sustain this capability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead PDLC transformation initiatives for clients adopting AI-enabled development - Assess and redesign how product teams define requirements, prioritize work, and hand off to engineering in AI-assisted workflows - Create high-quality, structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria optimized for AI consumption - Train and coach product managers to adopt AI-first product practices - Establish processes, templates, and standards that bridge product intent with engineering execution - Define and track product effectiveness metrics linking requirement quality to delivery outcomes - Collaborate closely with engineering, program, and measurement teams to deliver end-to-end transformation Qualifications Required: - 5 - 10 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments - Strong hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for real engineering teams - Deep understanding of how AI coding tools interpret requirements - Experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Productboard (or similar) - Proven ability to coach and mentor product teams of varying experience levels - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, client-facing environments Additional Company Details: Soulpage is dedicated to providing high ownership, fast growth, and a strong impact in the AI-driven product transformation space.
