Conversational Experience Designer

Your responsibilities will include enabling the technology to comprehend natural language, infer user intentions, extract entities and information, learn from experiences and emotions, and enhance the overall user experience. The skills required for this position can stem from diverse backgrounds such as linguistics, library science, engineering, or data science. Key Responsibilities: - Define intents/entities recognition strategy: Implement best practices for selecting, designing, and executing use cases to ensure consistent high intent recognition. - Build training/validation data: Oversee the processes for generating, refining, and validating efficient utterances for new intent classes; provide feedback to team members involved in these tasks. - Apply ML and other methods for intent modeling: Develop and optimize models, offer guidance on achieving measurable improvements, and gain expertise in the platform's ML and related applications. - Benchmark intent model: Establish and manage validation datasets, monitor model statistics to demonstrate performance improvements, and devise enhancement strategies. - Stay updated with the product: Keep abreast of platform advancements, educate team members and stakeholders on intent, and disseminate intent-related knowledge. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and scaling conversational AI solutions. - Advanced knowledge of the English language and troubleshooting language-based data, or a background in applied linguistics. - Strong attention to detail and a strategic understanding of the broader context. - Familiarity with statistics, interpreting statistical data, and understanding natural language processing and machine learning concepts. - Experience in software delivery/implementation is advantageous.
