Shifts : UK Shift Timings What youll be doing: - Own the security design for Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM/HCM. - Build and maintain the security for Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM/HCM, following the principles of least privilege. - Work closely with Infosec and Audit teams to ensure that all roles are fully complaint with Fanatics infosec policies. - Build/own the provisioning and de-provisioning process/tools for Oracle cloud. - Support the build, execution, and management of the technical and financial control setting for Oracle. - Identify key risks and controls and configure controls around security in the Oracle Cloud RMC module. - Educate all stakeholders about the best practices around Oracle Cloud Security. - Work closely with the implementation partners during the project execution phase to ensure best in class security design is put in place. - Standardize Oracle cloud security across all business verticals, globally. - Comply with all Infosec policies, standards, procedures, and processes. - Assist with Oracle License Management reporting and audit initiatives. - Ensure all changes are communicated to key stakeholders. - Effectively manage work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal clients. - Establish strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical members of the organization at all levels. What were looking for: - 5 + year(s) of Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing. - Experience leading 3+ end to end Oracle security implementation and controls integration projects. - Demonstrates knowledge of, and/or success in managerial roles involving, designing, implementing, and/or assessing security and controls as it relates to multiple versions of the - Experience with Oracle Cloud role design across functional (ERP, EPM, OTBI) and technical (e.g. - Security Console, Setup & Maintenance, OIC) domain areas. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) design, implementation or assessmen .
