WLAN Developer

Description We are seeking a skilled WLAN Developer with 3-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless communication technologies and a passion for developing innovative WLAN solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing WLAN systems to ensure high performance and security. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement WLAN solutions for various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WLAN features into products. Conduct performance testing and optimization of WLAN systems. Troubleshoot and resolve WLAN-related issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest WLAN technologies and standards. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. 3-9 years of experience in WLAN development and design. Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 802.11 standards). Experience with WLAN security protocols (WPA, WPA2, WPA3). Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python. Familiarity with network simulation tools and WLAN testing equipment. Understanding of QoS (Quality of Service) and network performance metrics. Experience with embedded systems and firmware development for WLAN devices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
