About the role
Role & responsibilities Cloud Migration Specialist: We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Migration Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to lead and execute cloud migration initiatives within our healthcare insurance organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating complex workloads to Azure, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure aligned with healthcare industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects using Azure Migrate, Database Migration Service (DMS), and Azure Site Recovery. Design and implement Azure infrastructure components including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing infrastructure and define migration strategies. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments. Ensure compliance with healthcare data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA) during migration and post-migration phases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and migration processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders Preferred candidate profile .
