Gen AI Engineer

Immediate Joiners Preferred Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of Gen AI solutions including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to identify use cases and deliver scalable Gen AI applications. Architect and implement solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), multimodal models, and custom pipelines. Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization. Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible model usage. Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a Gen AI Center of Excellence. Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, or multimodal AI. Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative modeling techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools. Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LangChain or similar frameworks. .
