Java Full Stack Lead

Role & responsibilities The Team Lead/People Manager is responsible for guiding a team toward achieving performance goals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. This role combines operational oversight with people management, ensuring both project success and employee development. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Degree in Computer Science or Technical Science or similarMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience in software development projects; front-end and backend development Experience in unit, integration, system, and regression testing Strong hands-on coding experience inJava programming languagealong with JAVA 17, Spring Boot, RDBMS, MongoDB, Python Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, Splunk and Datadog Experience in frameworks like:Angular, Spring boot, Spring MVC and Java Spring Experience in software development tools e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, SVN, Jenkins Experience and interest in designing and building solutions using cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GCP Strong interest in growing own technical skillsAbility to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver EXPERIENCE Around 5 to 8 years of experience in Java with leadership capabilities.
