About the role
Role & responsibilities - Assist in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration tools. - Support customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and reports. - Help in developing and maintaining Lightning pages, custom components, and integrations. - Work with senior developers to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications. - Support data migration, data validation, and data quality activities. - Maintain proper documentation of development work, configurations, and changes. - Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve system performance. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - Positive Communication skills - Willingness to learn and work hard .
