Proficiency in CAD, digital modelling, and photo/graphic editing tools. 4. Ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical spatial designs. 5. Capability to read and interpret architectural working drawings. 6. Strong attention to detail with curiosity for materials and finishes. 7. Good sketching and photography skills are a plus. 8. Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or similar platforms. 9. Prior exposure to construction sites or hands-on workshops is preferred. 10. Ability to read and understand structural and services drawings is an advantage. 11. Familiarity with building bye-laws and the National Building Code (NBC) is a plus.
