Job Description We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow professional with 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Workflows, Service Catalog, and CMDB, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Configure and customize ServiceNow Workflows to automate business processes. Develop and manage Service Catalog items, request workflows, and catalog tasks. Maintain and enhance CMDB data quality, relationships, and governance. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Prepare technical documentation and provide user support when required. Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/administration. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Workflows. Experience in Service Catalog configuration and customization. Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CMDB implementation and maintenance. Knowledge of JavaScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work from the Bangalore office on a full-time basis. Good to Have Skills ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD). Experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations. Exposure to ITIL processes and best practices. Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal.
