Job Description We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and proven experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of platform capabilities, follow best development practices, and actively contribute to technical discussions and solution design. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Work on workflows, integrations, scripting, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal development. Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, and solution design sessions. Recommend out-of-box solutions wherever applicable instead of unnecessary customizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Support deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution activities. Required Skills: 5+ / 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integrations. Experience across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices. Ability to estimate tasks realistically and participate in technical solution discussions.
