Job Overview We are hiring experienced ServiceNow SecOps Architects with strong expertise in ITSM, Security Operations (SecOps), architecture design, implementation, and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow SecOps solutions aligned with enterprise security and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design and architect ServiceNow SecOps solutions. Work on: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Threat Intelligence Security Operations Automation Prepare architecture documents, technical designs, and implementation plans. Ensure solutions align with security and business objectives. Implementation & Optimization Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SecOps modules. Optimize platform performance, scalability, and usability. Follow ServiceNow best practices for customization and development. Support enhancements, upgrades, and production deployments. Integrations & Automation Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with: SIEM tools Vulnerability scanners Endpoint protection tools Other enterprise security platforms Develop automation workflows to improve security operations and response times. Work on REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations. Governance & Strategic Planning Support governance, standards, and best practices for SecOps usage. Work with stakeholders and leadership teams on SecOps roadmap and strategy. Ensure proper data management and platform governance. Required Skills Strong experience in: ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow SecOps Architecture Design Development & Implementations Integrations Hands-on experience with: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Threat Intelligence CMDB Flow Designer IntegrationHub Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security tools. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and automation workflows. Good understanding of security operations processes and ITIL concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
