About the role
Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using ReactNative for both iOS and Android. Collaborate closely with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams to identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle. Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery. Work effectively with Product Management, frontend developers, and SQA teams to build and deliver high-quality products. Identify and ensure compliance with all required standards as per client requirements. Proactively communicate and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Job Requirements Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ReactNative and mobile application development. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of NFRs and compliance standards. Self-directed, highly motivated, and organized with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
