SAP HR ABAP professional

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions in the SAP Payroll module. Develop, enhance, and maintain HR ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements for SAP Payroll and other HR modules. Write and optimize ABAP code to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of custom developments. Design and implement BAdIs to enhance standard SAP functionality and meet business requirements in the payroll module. Develop and consume OData services for integrating SAP HR data with external systems and applications. Implement RFCs for synchronous and asynchronous communication between SAP and non-SAP systems. Configure and monitor integration scenarios using SOA Manager, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of ABAP developments. Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects in ABAP programs. Document technical designs, specifications, and development standards for knowledge sharing and future reference. Job Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HR ABAP. Strong knowledge of HR ABAP programming, including data types, control structures, functions, and procedures. Experience with SAP Payroll processing and related modules.
