Co-Pilot Developer

Urgent Role: Co-Pilot Developer Experience: 5-7 yrs Type: Remote Shift Timings : should be willing to work Up to 12pm CST (time zone) Duration: Start with 6 months - * Design, build, and deploy Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities. * Develop and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps that integrate with Copilot agents and enterprise systems. * Implement and enforce Power Platform governance frameworks, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connector controls, and app lifecycle management. * Partner with security, compliance, and tenant administration teams to align Copilot and Power Apps usage with enterprise standards. * Define best practices for agent design, prompt engineering, and orchestration across Power Apps, Power Automate, and data sources. * Enable scalable adoption through templates, reusable components, and documentation. * Support production readiness activities including monitoring, audits, access management, and risk mitigation. * Advise stakeholders on Copilot agent feasibility, architecture, and guardrails for responsible AI usage.
