Job Summary (List Format): - Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements. - Technical Design Architecture: Translate requirements into robust technical designs and data architectures. - Solution Ownership: Plan solutions, break down tasks, and manage end-to-end delivery execution. - ETL/ELT Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for high data quality, reliability, and performance. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions. - Troubleshooting Optimization: Identify and resolve data and system issues, optimize performance, and ensure timely delivery. - Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and engineering standards. - Technical Support: Address complex technical challenges and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle. - BI Platform Maintenance: Maintain business intelligence platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimized reporting performance. - Data Governance: Utilize Databricks Unity Catalog for robust data governance and security. - Skills Experience: - 8 11 years in Data Analytics, including 5+ years with Azure data engineering. - Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and PySpark. - Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and disciplined execution. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Work Mode: Initial rounds are virtual; final round is face-to-face in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon.
