Dynamic Odoo Consultant remote night shift once in a month client visit accommodation provide by client Exp: 3+ years Job description Shift Timings Mon to Fri - 9pm to 6am IST Sat - 9pm to 2am IST The candidate will be required to visit once our client locations in Noida as per business needs. On days involving client visits, the candidate is expected to be available for 2-3 hours on the night shift for updates and coordination. Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Odoo Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver, an innovative thinker, and capable of handling both functional and technical aspects of Odoo. This is a hybrid role requiring client interaction, on-site visits, and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored Odoo solutions Conduct on-site client meetings, demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business needs Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues efficiently Provide functional and technical support during and after implementation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Deliver user training and documentation to clients Continuously optimize system performance and workflows Travel to client locations as required Required Skills Qualifications Strong 3- 5 years of experience with Odoo ERP (Functional + Technical) Hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, XML) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills out of the box, out-of-the-box, and propose innovative solutions Strong communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Willingness to travel for client meetings and implementations Self-motivated and adaptable to a hybrid work environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in ERP implementation projects Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) Experience in API integrations and third-party tools Certification in Odoo (optional but preferred) What We re Looking For A proactive, ownership-driven professional A strong communicator who can interact confidently with clients A solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail Someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
