Gen AI Module Leader

As an AI Developer, your role will involve utilizing your hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM-based systems to create and implement intelligent solutions for various insurance use cases. These solutions will primarily focus on claims processing, underwriting, policy servicing, fraud detection, and customer support automation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance agent-based AI systems, both single and multi-agent. - Build and maintain RAG pipelines using LLMs and vector databases to handle policy, claims, and regulatory data. - Implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for tasks such as prediction, classification, and anomaly detection. - Develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for documents related to claims, policy forms, KYC, and supporting documents. - Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) with various business applications. - Implement agent workflows utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Microsoft Agent Framework. - Deploy and provide support for AI services within cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Implement logging, monitoring, validation, and basic AI safety controls. - Collaborate effectively with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver innovative insurance AI solutions.
