GenAI + Agentic AI + AWS Engineer Role: GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer Experience: 5 10 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and deploying scalable AI workloads on AWS. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, and similar models. Build Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks. Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services. Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI workloads on AWS infrastructure. Create scalable AI pipelines for model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. Implement security, governance, and compliance standards for AI applications. Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions. Optimize prompt engineering, agent workflows, and model performance for production environments. Required Skills Generative AI & Agentic AI Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and Model Evaluation. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. 5 10 years of software development experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development. AWS Certification is preferred. Nice to Have Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video). Fine-tuning open-source LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA. Experience deploying LLMs on AWS Bedrock or SageMaker. Knowledge of Agentic AI evaluation frameworks and AI safety practices.
